We have reserved about 50 hotel rooms for the Conference participants in Santa Croce in Fossabanda residence, an ancient monastery dating from the 14th century recently renovated, ten minutes walking distance from the center of the city and from the conference site.

You should inform them of your arrival and departure dates, making sure to specify "ISADS2003 Conference" to receive the specially arranged discount prices listed here below. A one night's deposit is required to reserve the booking. VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTA SI and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. The balance can be paid directly at the conference centre at the end of your stay. In the case that you are unable to make a deposit by credit card, you may pay the one night's deposit when sending in your registration fee.

You should make your booking at the Santa Croce in Fossabanda no later than March 8st, 2003.
In the case of cancellation before March 21st, 2003 your deposit will be refunded.
Your deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made after March 21st, 2003.

Due to the limitated amount of rooms available at the Santa Croce in Fossabanda (about 50), we suggest that make your booking as early as possible. In the case that rooms are no longer available at the Santa Croce in Fossabanda, the ISADS2003 Organizing Committee has contacted various hotels in the center of Pisa to negotiate special rates for ISADS2003.

Below we provide a list of these hotels (4 star, 3 star and 2 star). To receive the reduced rates listed below, please make sure to inform the hotel that you are attending "ISADS2003" when making your booking. You should inform them of your arrival and departure dates, making sure to specify "ISADS2003" to receive the specially arranged discount prices listed below. A one night's deposit is required to reserve the booking. VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. The balance can be paid directly at the residence reception office at the end of your stay.

You should book at the following hotels no later than March 3th, 2003.
In the case of cancellation before April 6, 2003 your deposit will be refunded.
Your deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made after April 6th, 2003.

The prices listed are inclusive of taxes, breakfast and services. Hotel reservations should be made by sending a fax or e-mail with the following information: last name, first name, date of arrival, date of departure, double or single room, number of persons, contact coordinates, other requirements (if any), and credit card number including date of expiration.

Please note that you should make your reservation directly with the hotel and address all inquiries regarding your reservation to the hotel.
